Monarch Aircraft Engineering has an incredibly strong reputation as being one of the leading line maintenance providers in the UK and overseas. With permanent year round stations at London Gatwick, London Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Malaga, Alicante, Canary Islands, Maldives and Kiev we are capable of providing line maintenance support including all levels of maintenance on both Airbus and Boeing aircraft types. We are also able to set up stations on a temporary basis and provide AOG support and down route rescue teams. Currently support is provided to clients operating A320 family, A300, A330, B737, B757, B767 and B777 aircraft.

Full Line Support

Our highly respected and experienced team prides itself on its ability to fully manage its client’s aircraft both at the line station and within its integrated operation maintenance centre where the short term planning of maintenance activities is carried out. With visibility of the maintenance due requirements the line maintenance team are able to prioritise and schedule activities to ensure that the client’s aircraft are available to maximize revenues.

Routine Line Support

Our teams of highly qualified and motivated engineers are approved to carry out maintenance on a wide range of aircraft types and as one of the leading line maintenance providers we are ideally positioned to be able to support your line maintenance requirements. In addition to EASA/FAA maintenance organization approvals we hold several other national aviation authority approvals such as TCCA, Ukraine CAA and UAE GCAA to name but a few.

SMART Support

As a sister company to Monarch Airlines and with a large number of line maintenance clients Monarch Aircraft Engineering is acutely aware of the significant damage to airline operations and revenue when limiting defects are left without immediate care and attention. In order to ensure the necessary action is taken to manage the operational limitations we have created a Specialised Monarch Aircraft Recovery Team (SMART) comprising highly qualified engineers who are available 24/7 to meet up with the relevant aircraft armed with the necessary tools and equipment to carry out the maintenance requirement. This service can be available on demand and is managed through our IOC department.

AOG Support

As part of the suite of services which can be provided by the line maintenance department and in the event of an AOG situation, Monarch Aircraft Engineering are able to provide staff on a detachment basis to assist with the rescue of grounded aircraft. This service can be requested on a demand basis through our IOC department.
