AOG Support and Assistance
As part of the suite of services which can be provided by Monarch Aircraft Engineering in the event of an AOG situation, we are able to provide staff on a detachment basis to assist with the rescue of grounded aircraft or supply materials and components on a sale, loan or exchange basis.
SMART Support
As an airline MRO with a large number of line maintenance clients Monarch Aircraft Engineering is acutely aware of the significant damage to airline operations and revenue when limiting defects are left without immediate care and attention. In order to ensure the necessary action is taken to manage the operational limitations we have created a Specialised Monarch AOG Response Team (SMART) comprising highly qualified engineers who are available 24/7 to meet up with the relevant aircraft armed with the necessary tools and equipment to carry out the maintenance requirement. This service can be available on demand and is managed through our Integrated Operations Centre (IOC).

AOG Desk
Monarch Aircraft Engineering have over 50,000 consumable and rotable spare parts in stock for Boeing 757 and 767, and Airbus A300, A320 family and A330. Units are available to purchase, loan or exchange, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All parts supplied will be accompanied with the necessary approved release certificates as standard.
