Neil joined Monarch Aircraft Engineering in 1996, working initially within Stock Audit and Logistics Handling. He joined the Sales and Marketing team in 2001 and has held a number of positions which include the role of Customer Support Supervisor and Sales Analyst.
Neil was appointed as Sales Manager in 2011, and was initially responsible for acquisition of new business in the line and light maintenance sectors and most recently was Spares Trading Sales Manager, overseeing the day to day component sales, exchange and loans, while actively reviewing additional revenue streams and long term trading strategies.
Neil is now responsible for the sales activities for Base Maintenance, Component Services and Part M Management Services.
Business Development Executive
Phil joined Monarch Aircraft Engineering in 2011, having been with Monarch Technical Support (MTS) since 2002. At MTS he was responsible for seeking new customers and increasing revenue for MTS.
He is now responsible for seeking new business and for the initial contact with new customers. He is also responsible for maintaining and increasing business with current customers in the company’s five core business areas.
Marketing and PR Executive
Michelle joined The Monarch Group in 1992 where she worked with Monarch Technical Support who specialises in providing tailored aerospace personnel. In 2006 she joined the Sales and Marketing department where she currently holds the position of Marketing and PR Executive.
Delivering a first class standard of service at all times, Michelle manages both online and offline campaigns including advertising, branding, email marketing, PR, direct mail, print and events.
With over 23 years experience in the aviation industry, Michelle is now responsible for all of Monarch Aircraft Engineering’s Marketing and PR activities.
