Apprentice Training

Monarch Aircraft Engineering has been involved with apprentice training for nearly 40 years and its reputation for high calibre student output is second to none.

The current four year scheme is based on the knowledge requirements of the EASA Pt 66 A Licence and concentrates heavily on the students acquisition of excellent hand skills and a rounded understanding of the whole gambit of aircraft maintenance.

Initially the training is class room based which rapidly develops to on the job training at our London Luton or Manchester hangar facilities working on base maintenance inputs of all types.

At this time is we are not taking any apprenticeship applications, we will however update this page with details of any future intake.

Contract Labour

As well as employing permanent maintenance staff Monarch Aircraft Engineering also utilises seasonal contract labour through our sister company Monarch Technical Support (MTS).

MTS is one of Europe’s leading specialists in providing aerospace personnel solutions, firmly established in their own right they are enjoying a growing reputation for delivering manpower and technical solutions to an ever increasing number of world-class customers.
